Job Summary
Responsible for providing management and oversight of small to medium business orders from submission through completion. Provides first line sales and business partner support regarding information contained in each order, communicates with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and management of escalations, and works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals. Has responsibility for and oversight of the vendor fallout funnel and will examine the funnel to ensure compliance with policy and to identify possible efficiencies. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Examines vendor fallout to ensure the orders falling out are by design and not by operator or system error
- Identifies and manages risks, issues, and gaps that could impact timelines, goals, and ATTI; develops, triggers, and manages mitigation plans for order fallout from vendor.
- Plans agendas for and facilitates required meetings; prioritizes and drives cross-functional activities as related to the installations being managed, and develops and manages communications, summary reports, and status for various audiences; provides accurate vendor funnel status information in the form of briefings, program/project coordination meetings, and written/graphical reports.
- Collaborates with various levels of sales, operations, business partners, engineering, and other functional groups to ensure orders flow appropriately and accurately through completion.
- Provides QA guidance to business partner leads and other team members on matters of process, procedure, and organizational compliance; proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures and recommends solutions.
- Consistently meets or exceeds organizational scorecard, productivity and quality metrics.
- Supports end-to-end order escalations, coordinating with sales and business partners to resolve order management barriers
- Serves as a key contact for sales and vendor collaborating with the BPE Vendor Management team.
- Supports multiple products within the Comcast Business product suite, including associated small to medium business products
- Supports vendor questions on system and processes as well as order scrub guidelines.

Compensation
Primary Location Pay Range: $80,036.59 - $120,054.88This job can be performed in Colorado, and Washington with a Pay Range of $72,760.54 - $125,511.92Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
