Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description: 

The Quality Assurance Analyst (QAA) is responsible for the testing efforts and stability of DealerOn’s Platform and Content Management System (CMS). This individual will work closely with Engineering and Product teammates in an Agile environment to establish test plans and perform manual and automated regression testing. This position will have minimal to no coding involved. This is a 100% remote position. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Work directly within domain team(s) to test and deliver high-quality software releases 
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and internal stakeholders to define functional and regression testing requirements 
  • Contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts and their maintenance 
  • Ensure all automation tests are logical, robust, and scalable 
  • Champion continuous improvement processes and help establish testing guidelines & quality standards for the domain team 

Required Skills/ Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 2-3 years' experience as tester working with Test Automation frameworks/tools 
  • Experience testing large web-based and service-oriented applications 
  • Deep understanding of SDLC & Agile Scrum processes  
  • Knowledge of DOM using browser development tools 
  • Foundational understanding of Content Management Systems 

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

  • Deep understanding of RainforestQA Automation or low-code automation tool equivalent 
  • Experience with test management tools like TFS, HP ALM, Zephyr, MTM etc. 
  • Experience interacting with WebApps  
  • Knowledge of service testing (Soap UI, WCF, REST) and Git Version Control  
  • Familiarity with .NET development  
  • Experience writing HTML, CSS, & SQL

The salary range for this position is $50,900 - $94,800.

The maximum range shown represents your earning potential with DealerOn for the life time of the role.
