What we're looking for:

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a Quality and Patient Safety Analyst to support the health, safety, and wellness of patients and employees by ensuring quality care and working collaboratively with key members and leaders of the Patient Safety and Quality team. This includes evaluating systems, processes, and procedures for safety and efficiency. This position is responsible for performing professional activities associated with patient and employee safety programs, promoting a culture of safety, and driving a high-reliability organization. The organization's key aims in this area are to be on the leading edge of improving health outcomes and service, increasing patient safety, and reducing errors in healthcare processes.

What you'll need:

  • Active Washington State License in area of expertise (nursing, pharmacist, RT or OT, for example)
  • At least three years of acute health care experience
  • Experience in patient safety, quality, or employee health.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the following required: computers, Microsoft Office applications, data entry, outcome analysis, clinical experiences in patient care processes, performance improvement, team facilitation and education (patient/staff), and physiology and disease processes.

Schedule & Position Information: This position is temporary and non-exempt. This position is fully remote and will remain in place until October 2025.
