What You'll Do: 

As a Technical Quality Manager at Blackpoint Cyber, you will lead and drive the quality assurance efforts of our Solution Testing Team. This is a highly technical and hands-on role where you will ensure that our cybersecurity solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust automation frameworks, optimize testing processes, and continuously improve the product release cycle. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee a team of solution testers, setting direction, mentoring, and ensuring high-quality standards are met across all cybersecurity product offerings. 

• Deeply involved in designing and implementing automated test frameworks, ensuring scalable and repeatable tests for complex cybersecurity products. 

• Establish and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including automated testing approaches to ensure the robustness of endpoint and cloud-based security solutions. 

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to integrate testing early in the software development lifecycle. 

• Lead efforts in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable release cycles.
