Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey.

As the QA Manager, you will report to the Director of Quality Assurance and continuously collaborate proactively with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most critical technical problems.
Responsibilities

- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and continuously learning team environment.
- Mentor and coach QA team members in technical leadership and career development.
- Define and implement a comprehensive product test strategy and execution plan.
- Lead reviews for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing efforts.
- Analyze the technical and functional aspects of applications to identify optimal test strategies, best practices, and detailed test plans.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage both manual and automated testing activities.
- Continuously adopt and implement test automation strategies, staying current with industry trends and technologies.
- Drive initiatives that reduce time to market and enhance overall efficiency of all testing processes.
- Establish and maintain a process for identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing issues effectively.
- Interview, hire, and mentor a cohesive team that exemplifies passion, ownership, and excellence.
- Serve as a strong advocate for product quality, providing clear quality metrics and status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements

- 5+ years as a QA Engineer or Software Engineer, with a strong background in QA process, techniques and tools.
