The Role
Abridge is looking for a QA Lead to join our growing team! You'll play a key role in driving quality assurance efforts across our products and managing a team of QA testers. You'll ensure our mobile applications, web, and integrated products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user experience. You'll establish and continuously improve QA processes and best practices. And youâll help drive quality strategy for the future.
What Youâll Do
Partner with the VP of Product Engineering and other engineering leaders to define, lead, and execute on the QA strategy for Abridge
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of QA testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Lead the QA team in designing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and integration test automation to ensure product quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to understand requirements, provide input on testability, and align QA efforts with product goals
Drive the development and maintenance of integration test automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage
Establish and maintain QA processes, best practices, and quality metrics to measure and report on product quality
Identify and prioritize quality issues, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution
Advocate for quality throughout the product development lifecycle and promote a quality-focused mindset across the organization
What Youâll Bring
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing QA teams
Strong experience with mobile application testing with Maestro, including both iOS and Android platforms
Expertise in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and integration test âŚ
