About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous QA Analyst to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will work closely with software engineers, product owners, and other cross-functional team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented and thorough approach to software quality and a desire to leave no stone unturned. 

In your tool bag:

• Strong analytical skills to be able to evaluate, understand, and clarify requirements, and develop a testing strategy to cover the requirements adequately
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot, report, and prioritize bugs reported by internal and external users
• Strong testing skills, and deep knowledge of different testing types
• Expertise in QA processes, Agile
• Demonstrated advocacy for the growth of quality standards in software development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback 
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• Strong project and time management skills
• Positive attitude and growth mindset

You have experience with

• Mobile and backend hands-on testing
• Shift-left and shift-right approaches, context-driven testing
• Identifying risks in software and defending user experience
• Supporting agile teams in ongoing software development and testing process optimization
• Mentoring and coaching peers

Compensation:

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
