Your part in our Blue Care team

Our Telehealth team is expanding!  There’s no better opportunity than joining a telehealth only team, providing critical mental health and wellness support to BlueCare’s in-home Community aged care customers.  Your role will deliver high-quality, clinical support to clients, working in partnership with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver an exceptional standard of person-centred outcomes.

What’s on offer:

  • Just walk to your home computer - work from anywhere in Australia. This is a 100% telehealth role – no traveling to clients; no commuting to an office.
  • It is the ultimate in work/life balance - work the hours that suit you best (Monday to Friday). You will be scheduling and managing your own case workload – so you will have flexibility to work around your personal circumstances.
  • A Team that is future focused, digitally enabled – being part of a multi-disciplinary Allied Health team, reaching clients that may not be able to receive traditional in-home community support due to their location.
  • Working remotely doesn’t mean isolated - consistent, ongoing supervision & connection will be provided — we’re willing to bet it’ll be a lot more connection with leaders and peers than in your previous roles.
  • Australia’s most respected Aged Care provider - you will access big company support, with full access to all IT, training, employee and professional support you would expect.
  • All you need is a reliable internet connection - computer equipment will be provided, including a laptop or desktop, screens, high quality camera, phone.
  • You will be making a difference - as a not-for-profit; part of UnitingCare Queensland and founded on core values, we are committed to person centred care and services that enable people to have the best lives possible, whatever their circumstances.

What makes a difference for us?

As an experienced practitioner, you’ll demonstrate a commitment to delivering person-centred, empathetic care. You will present with:
