Provider Installation Representative

The Provider Installation Representative 2 provides support to provider accounts by pulling claims through MACESS and resolving provider edits.

• Responsible to validate, update and maintain provider demographic and eligibility information within payer systems (CAS)
• Conducts research using multiple tools and systems to ensure accuracy and quality of record updates
• Communicates via outbound calls with providers, market offices, and other internal partners to resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in a metric driven setting
• 1+ years professional experience in a support, administrative, or role requiring phone utilization
• Associates must be able to work core hours of 9:30-2:30 CST Monday through Friday, within their 40 hour work week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous inbound call center or healthcare customer service experience
• Previous experience with CRM, APEX, CAS
• Experience in claims processing
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

Additional information

Hours: 8 hours in between 6 am to 6 pm. Core hours of 9:30-2:30 must be worked Monday through Friday

Training: 6-8 weeks of virtual training with department trainers
