Proposal Specialist I, Northeast Region - Remote Option

- Facilitate kick off meetings that define expectations
- Identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and develop and manage adherence to proposal schedule
- Facilitate strategy discussion and collaborate with team to develop strategy and win themes
- Schedule and facilitate proposal review meetings
- Develop page layout and manage proposal documents
- Lead the team in the development of visual and written content for proposals; draft and/or edit proposal narrative as necessary
- Communicate and coordinate status with the proposal team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in the planning, preparation, and development of architectural and engineering proposals and qualifications packages for government and private clients
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to focus on details and on the big picture
- Organizational conceptual thinking skills
- Effective decision-making skills
- Time management skills; ability to manage, organize, and prioritize project assignments to meet competing deadlines
- Exceptional writing, editing, and document organization skills
- Familiarity with the AEC industry
- Familiarity with regional and local proposal submission requirements
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign
- Intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with proposal database software Deltek Vision is preferred but not required

COMPENSATION
The approximate compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $88,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
