Your Role on the Team 

 

As a member of our Corporate Growth team, the Proposal Coordinator (PC) supports proposal efforts by performing administrative- and research-related tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, meeting support, data searches and research, and coordination of resumes, graphics, and desktop publishing functions. This position is part of a large team of proposal managers and coordinators and reports directly to a Senior Proposal Manager. 

 

What You Will Do:  

  • Gather relevant resumes and project descriptions, using corporate-wide systems, in a timely manner and modify them per proposal requirements and approved templates. 

  • Participate in resume reviews to ensure they highlight relevant information, showcase required experience, and are compliant to proposal requirements. 

  • Update and maintain online proposal team working sites via Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. 

  • Develop compliance matrices (Excel spreadsheets cross-referencing proposal requirements), support color team reviews (multiple team reviews during proposal process) and coordinate hard-copy proposal production (if applicable).  

  • Work to continually assess and improve processes and techniques. 

  • Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with internal clients and external business partners, and meet project deadlines.
