Job Description
The Project/Program Management Lead Consultant is accountable for independently leading all aspects of multiple complex programs or projects with a high level of , organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies. Projects may be across multiple functional areas and are of strategic importance to the organization, Allstate Dealer Services.Key Responsibilities
Engages appropriate stakeholders in program development and execution
Customizes solutions for complex issues typically involving business unit-level considerations
Motivates others to share in program challenges and inspires them to achieve goals while constructively evaluating their performance
Delivers project and program communication on complicated projects and issues in an easily understood simplified style to any audience
Delivers project results through leadership and influence rather than authority and control; leverages organizational dynamics to influence outcomes through leadership and communication skills
Drives achievement of projects/program success factors
Drives project execution. Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to project team to meet applicable business requirements
Directs strategic project/programs of high complexity and impact
Manages high complexity projects independently
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $74,240.00 - 134,060.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
