Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage projects critical to the health security of the United States.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing projects for federal customers.
• Manage day-to-day operations of national level, multi-facility, multi-stakeholder projects to supply detention facilities with infectious disease testing instruments, consumables, and training resources
• Reconcile order and invoicing discrepancies with vendor
• Submit purchase requisitions to support contract-related procurement activities
• Review vendor invoices and reconcile them against PO releases to ensure accuracy
• Approve A/P vouchers to ensure timely vendor payments
• Review and approve timesheet and charge string activities
• Provide training and troubleshooting support to point-of-care professionals for the use of the diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation
• Provide monthly reports tracking financial progress against forecast to detail project performance for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all Parsons’ CLM and CFT systems reflect current project activities and financials

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering or related technical/business field
• 10+ years of related work experience and
• a broad general technical and business background
• Parsons Project Management Certification

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Technical knowledge of biosciences
• Financial acumen
• Organization
• Effective communication with the customer.

Salary Range: 

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
