Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead a global team who creates and maintains unique data solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a global team that installs and supports government software
• Discuss data strategy with government customers and capture their requirements
• Advise government customers how to efficiently leverage Parsons solutions
• Plan and manage project budgets
• Report project progress to Parsons and government leadership
• Manage and revise a growth plan to increase our customer base

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 10+ years experience working with the DoD
• 5+ years experience managing personnel and budgets
• 5+ years experience leading DoD organizations
• Solid understanding of the military organizational structure and roles of all directorates
• Experience leading a geographically dispersed team working toward the same objectives
• Ability to work independent with little supervisory oversight
• Active Secret clearance
• Able to articulate a vision from the tactical to strategic level

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• PMP certification
• Understanding of how data supports government operations
• Experience with data capture solutions, particularly CIDNE and TRESTLE Reports
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Active TS/SCI clearance

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
