Curriculum Associates is seeking a Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager is responsible for the planning and oversight of projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget. Project Managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the development process.

The impact you'll have:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.

  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.

  • Prepare project budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.

  • Track project costs in order to meet budget.

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

  • Provide project status updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.

  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

  • Utilize project management best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution, including the development and maintenance of required project artifacts.

  • Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed; identify areas for future improvement.

  • Project experience working with Production, Design, and/or art creation teams a plus.

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $60,750. - $99,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
