About the role:

 

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring that each project aligns with the client’s goals and enhances departmental efficiency. This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and an understanding of Strategic Meetings Management.

 

As a Project Manager, you’re skilled with and passionate about:

 

  1. Strategic Project Development
    • Lead the ideation and development of new strategic initiatives to support the client’s departmental goals.
    • Engage and consult with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather essential input during the planning stages.
    • Define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics to guide each initiative’s development.
  2. Project Management & Execution
    • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring each phase of the project is executed efficiently.
    • Manage the work with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts with departments such as operations, finance, and communications to ensure cohesive project execution.
    • Anticipate potential challenges, proactively resolving issues and adapting project plans as needed to meet objectives.
  3. Team Training & Stakeholder Communication
    • Develop and deliver training sessions for relevant team members to ensure successful adoption of new processes or initiatives.
    • Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders, maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders post-project to refine future initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

 

You might also have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on Strategic Meetings Management initiatives or departmental improvements.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Preferred: Foundational knowledge of Strategic Meetings Management or experience in a meetings/events-focused environment.
  • Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

 

You should know:

  • This role is hybrid, with some expectation of being on-site at the client’s headquarters
  • Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM -5:30 PM, Monday through Friday

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Manager  is between $55,000 - $70,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
