Project Manager - Supplier Resiliency

The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Maritime Industrial Base program. As a member of the Supplier Resiliency Team, you will play a critical role in directing supplier assessments for key suppliers, ensuring they meet performance targets and contribute to overall program success. This role will include root cause assessments, corrective actions, and the management of continuous process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct supplier assessments for critical suppliers to the Maritime Industrial Base.
• Manage root cause assessments and implement corrective actions to achieve 1st pass yield and on-time delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous process improvement initiatives, ensuring long-term supplier resiliency.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Coordinate project activities across technical, operational, and administrative functions, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Provide operational guidance and problem resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, engineering, and program management.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and government stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on manufacturing or supplier management.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in process improvement. • Strong background in supplier assessments, corrective actions, and continuous process improvement.
• Proven experience in managing projects within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams while maintaining focus on project objectives and deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and external suppliers.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
