This is a 100% Remote position.

 

Serco supports the Commander Naval Installations Command (CNIC) mission to provide and sustain PSS and Emergency Management (EM) Systems. Our team provides both preventive and corrective maintenance services to Navy installations worldwide as required to sustain AT/FP Ashore Program systems.

You will manage worldwide Teams embedded at Navy Installations for the life-cycle sustainment of Public Safety Systems (PSS) equipment and assets worldwide. Performance is measured by the operational availability of PSS and EM systems.  Work includes , preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and cybersecurity compliance.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage sustainment projects for PSS systems, ensuring they meet operational availability requirements
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for PSS systems, including hardware, firmware, and software
  • Utilize Remedy Software to manage service calls, asset inventory, and historical fault records documenting all activities performed
  • Implement cybersecurity measures and comply with Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements
  • Oversee vulnerability scanning, patch management, and continuous monitoring of systems
  • Maintain configuration management of all PSS systems/equipment
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supportability strategy for PSS systems
  • Prepare and submit required deliverables, including maintenance plans, configuration management plans, cybersecurity reports, and program support (e.g. project status & financial) reports
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including CNIC PSS Program personnel, regional project managers, and installation points of contact.

 

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:  

  • A U.S. citizenship.
  • This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer your Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or discipline, or associate degree plus four years of program management, or technical lead experience (total of 10 years) in system sustainment, and maintenance.
  • Significant communication (including briefing/presentation) and networking skills, including familiarity with virtual tools
  • 4 or more years of supervisory experience
  • An active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Up to 25% travel

 

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • Experience of creating products and working in Microsoft Office Suite- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (data types, formulas and functions in the workbooks), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Microsoft Offices to include Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $95,604.60to $191,209.20; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
