What You Will Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for Quality Management Digital Systems. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the strategy and deployment of technology solutions for Quality. The individual will be eager to transform the organization and shape the strategy and implementation of Fiori (SAP) for escapes management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Fiori Escapes Management projects and changes

  • Be the business lead for maintenance of Fiori Escapes Management

  • Maintain Fiori Escapes Management standard work (back end and front end)

  • Communicate changes to the Fiori Escapes Management module

  • Support design, development, testing and deployment of Quality Modules for an upcoming S/4HANA SAP launch

  • Support development, testing and deployment of Quality Modules for the next generation MES system

  • Support existing systems from a Quality standpoint, including system corrections, as needed

  • Lead Qlik Sense projects, as needed

  • Work with the Digital Technology organization on system fixes, as needed

  • Provide Administrative services for select systems

  • Create and maintain standard work and work instructions for key quality system activities and business processes

  • Support continuous improvement projects and CORE events to increase process robustness

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and/or Aerospace; OR Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.

  • 3+ years of Digital Project Management or Software Implementation experience

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in STEM field; Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering fields preferred.

  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, particularly the Quality Management module

  • Project management experience and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (CORE/ACE/SixSigma).

  • Experience working with SAP ERP, Fiori, Solumina MES, Teamcenter, and MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to communicate and work across all levels of the organization.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
