Lush is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Product Lifecycle. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with business stakeholders to manage complex product launches, which require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration with other teams.

The qualified candidate will have strong project management, partnership, and leadership skills. A proven track record managing concurrent projects and multi-disciplinary teams, delivering projects on time to meet the needs of the business. 

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Planning and Product Lifecycle, the Project Manager - Product Lifecycle undertakes the following RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Concurrently manage multiple product launches, special projects, product reformulations and product discontinuations
  • Own the Manu Mafia and Launchpad process, applying a continuous improvement approach to enhance efficiency and improve speed to market
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the product life cycle, providing support, coaching, motivation, and inspiration
  • Ensure that product related projects are comprehensively planned and executed as smoothly as possible, successfully managing internal stakeholders to meet key milestones and deadlines 
  • Work closely with SMEs and teams to estimate launch timelines and project plans
  • Lead the formula change process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the supply chain and its customers
  • Manage project close-out checklists to ensure all deliverables are met and project objectives are fully achieved
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive lessons learned reports capturing insights and recommendations to improve future projects and launch efforts
  • Partner with UK counterparts to request, collect and disseminate product information including global launch dates, product attributes and samples
  • Liaise with UK counterparts to identify, communicate, and resolve roadblocks and manufacturing challenges 
  • Ensure changing timelines and project requirements are documented, understood, and clearly communicated to stakeholders, including senior leadership 
  • Delivering additional projects, duties, and assignment as required
