Project Manager II, CSS Implementations – Projects – Change Management (Remote)

Full-time, United States, Brazil, Costa Rica, Canada, Argentina, Mexico

 

The CSS IPCM Project Manager II is responsible for delivering different types of projects involving (but not limited to) customer implementations and changes as well as agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes.

 

The Project Manager II is responsible for the primary role in delivering projects with a medium complexity, which is measured by the scale and scope of the request. Complexity can be the number of countries or the complexity of the customer or product. Complexity is determined by the IPCM Management team when assigning the request based on the information gathered from the vetting. 

 

As a Project Manager II, CSS Implementations – Projects – Change Management, you will

  • Plan projects according to the defined scope and confirm all necessary resources are assigned per the project scope
  • Leverage regional and local resources and resources from the different departments and functions to support projects
  • Follow all IPCM procedures and OneTouch Project methodology and reporting
  • Facilitate effective and constant communication with all project participants (internal/external)
  • Be responsible for local, regional, and global project coordination with a broad scope of multi-national countries. Projects may include coordination of multiple countries at the same time
  • Be responsible for the utilization of established and proven project management methodology, tools, and processes (PMP, OPPM, Prince2, Six Sigma) to scope, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects

 

About you

  • Previous experience in the company or the travel industry
  • Prior experience in a qualified project management role
  • Proven success in leading low-complexity projects in travel management operations
  • Must have good communication skills (written and oral) in English
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Project Management software
