Description

This role will be joining our Interactive Team as a Project Manager and will work with our international clients/vendors. You will use your valuable skills in project management, customer relations, and industry knowledge to make improvements to optimize our interactive gaming catalog. Ideally, the chosen candidate will have casino industry experience, a project management background, experience working with international clients/partners and a strong history of successful relationship building. 

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Creates and reviews project plans to determine time frames, resourcing implications, funding limitations, and operating procedures.
  • Leads the activities of assigned projects, including gathering requirements, creating schedules and rollout plans, and overseeing production, operations, and technical activities.
  • Track priorities, issues, and progress of assigned projects, reporting to management as needed.
  • Communicates customer feature requests to stakeholders driving continued product innovation.
  • Responsible for reviewing and assessing vendor proposals.
  • Serves as liaison between internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle; monitors project timelines and key development milestones.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a business analyst or project management role; gaming or casino operations experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle, and problem solving.
  • Proven background in managing multiple projects.
  • Expert at building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to mitigate and handle risk.
  • Previous experience supporting and collaborating with external vendors and teams.
  • Flexibility to work outside of USA time zones as needed.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Scrum Master certification preferred.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $82,000 - $105,000 annually.
