WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our enterprise-wide Project Management Office (PMO) drives execution of cross-functional projects that directly support building our brand and growing market share. You’ll build relationships across our business to help us get stuff done, ensuring projects are set up for success from the very beginning, driving accountability and alignment across our teams, and then lead sessions to learn how we can do it even better the next time. Location: Hybrid at our Preston, WA office 3+ days a week

*Life happens and we know it. In-office days and hours are dependent on department and business needs, so as long as you’re honest about your needs, we will do what we can to support when things pop up.

Annual Bonus Potential: 8% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

  • End-to-end planning and monitoring of product and packaging projects, ensuring stakeholders have visibility to key intel and how we’re tracking against schedules and commitments.

  • Identify project stakeholders and foster strong cross-department collaboration.

  • Facilitate cross-team communications, working sessions, status meetings and risk escalations.

  • Create and maintain a Risk/Action/Issue/Decision log for each project.

  • Track budget expenditures.

  • Partner with resource managers to allocate resource assignments to tasks.

  • Identify optimization opportunities for PMO framework and tools.

  • Actively engage with and support PMO team members (e.g., joint planning of projects, build collective knowledge, enhance PMO approach).

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously in a fast-paced Waterfall environment, ideally working with physical goods.

  • Accomplished with preparation and ownership of project deliverables (e.g., schedule, issue & risk logs, budget, communication plan, status reports).

  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • PMP or PRINCE II certifications preferred.

  • Proficiency with Workfront PPM is preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments.

Please note, eligibility for our full benefits package is based on an average of 30+ hours per week in regular (not temporary) positions.
