We’re now looking for a full-time Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of challenging market research projects. You’ll be working based in Greece, working remotely with our distributed team.

Who we’re looking for

As a Project Manager, you will have at least 3 years of experience in managing all aspects of client project delivery, ideally in the market research industry. Your command of the English language will be second to none, and you will have a proven record of interacting with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. You might not have worked in the tech space before, but you have a basic understanding of how it works.

Requirements

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the execution of market research projects (quantitative, qualitative, user research, competitive market analysis etc.) end-to-end, to ensure completion as per the agreed scope, on-budget and on-time.
  • Working closely with account managers and research analysts in the team to understand clients’ research objectives discussed during the pre-sales stage.
  • Creating, keeping track of and updating project plans, managing the allocation of resources effectively for the project implementation
  • Identifying potential risks (e.g. scope creep, delays etc.) and proposing risk mitigating actions and monitoring.
  • Tracking the project budgets, monitoring the project costs against budget allocations and identifying deviations, and providing regular updates on the budget status to stakeholders.   
  • Monitoring the project activities and deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. 
  • Designing and maintaining KPIs on a project basis and monitoring projects’ progress and health.
  • Managing the communication with all involved stakeholders, both external and internal, on the project scope, timelines and upcoming deliverables.
  • Scheduling and managing the project calls with stakeholders, both with clients and also internally, updating everyone involved on the project status, keeping notes and summarising agreed actions.
  • Regularly checking in with clients to update them on deliverables and next steps.
  • Setting up and maintaining project documents and communication channels.
  • Managing the project post-mortem meetings to collect feedback from involved parties and creating reports on lessons learned / things that could be improved.

The skills we are looking for

  • Background in project management, business administration, engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Stellar attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Very good interpersonal and client management skills.
  • At least some prior experience with the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheet, Drive etc.) and project management tools, ideally Monday.
  • Comfortable working as part of a distributed team across four continents.

Bonus Points for

  • Experience in managing market research projects, ideally in the tech industry.
  • Experience with quantitative or qualitative research, competitive market analysis or user research. 
  • Basic data analysis and visualisation skills.

Key success metrics

You will be successful in the role if, in the first 6 months, you have:

  • Developed a basic understanding of how the developer-led landscape works.
  • Actively participated in at least 5 research projects.
  • Managed at least 2 research projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Become a dependable teammate.

Salary

€21,500 – €28,700 per year, depending on experience.
