The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to join our team at Deckers Brands. As a Distribution CoE Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing numerous distribution projects and initiatives to ensure best-in-class service to our customers and retail partners. Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Facilitate business-facing project management functions for new projects in the distribution space. For projects with a PM assigned (both internal & external), serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operations on distribution projects. Coordinate with global supply chain leadership to develop and maintain a distribution roadmap, ensuring timely initiation of upcoming projects.

- Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
We’d love to hear from people with
- 5-6+ years of project management or supply chain experience in a high growth cross-functional environment with a large product portfolio or comparable relevant experience. (Footwear, Apparel, or Fashion experience preferred)
- Expert level Microsoft Office applications proficiency.
- Experience with Project Management methodologies & applications, including Microsoft Project).
