Project Manager, FinOps Reporting and Analytics

Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager to lead our FinOps and Resource Management analytics projects. You will shape how we manage feature updates, new launches and improvements to our proprietary systems, while also providing a strategy and plan to provide and deliver relevant insights to guide efficiency, improve staffing requests and costs to service our clients and inform leadership discussions.
This is a remote-friendly position reporting to SVP, PMO, Client Delivery Operations. You will not have any direct reports in this role.
Responsibilities:
- You will develop and implement scalable reporting and scheduling rhythm to track and improve all FinOps system metrics, including resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
- You will collaborate with Resource Management, Finance and Operations teams to analyze financial and operational data into compelling insights.
- You will lead the development and deployment, and continuous improvement of analytics dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI.
- You will drive end-to-end project management for analytics programs, from project charter, scope definition and staffing to execution and post-mortem analysis.
- Partner with Finance, Product, Resource Management, and brand business leaders to align reporting strategies with organizational goals and growth goals.
- You will perform detailed analyses, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven recommendations.
- Work with Resource Management team to oversee and implement the integration of automation and scripting into reporting workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Create concise reports and presentations for executive audiences.
- You will maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting tools, methodologies, and processes.
- You will evaluate new work requests, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities, and schedule action items.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of experience leading projects within an interactive advertising or digital marketing agency environment
- At least three (3) years of experience leading digital marketing projects
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Workfront, SmartSheets, MS Lists, etc.), Excel, Access and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines.
- Analytical skills, with a focus on actionable insights.
- Experience with, Search Engine Optimization, Data Analytics, Web Analytics, Display, social media, and Mobile marketing is beneficial but not required
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
