Project Manager- Disaster Human Services ON CALL
Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
ICF is actively seeking a project manager with expertise in disaster human services and/or repatriation.
Provide subject matter expertise to projects responding to the human services needs of communities impacted by disaster, repatriating citizens, and/or the domestic public health infrastructure.
Lead research and/or technical assistance teams in delivering high-quality projects
Support development of a pipeline of opportunities that align with ICF’s objectives to promote a robust human services infrastructure across targeted domains.
Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree in human services, public health, economics, or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience with routine and emergency repatriation programs and/or disaster recovery.
Demonstrated expertise in managing large, complex projects within the federal market.
10+ years of experience in designing and delivering multimodal technical assistance across targeted domains.
Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality, professional visualizations, presentations, reports and other data products.
Preferred Qualifications
Senior-level expertise across the business development lifecycle; demonstrated success in business growth and portfolio expansion.
Demonstrated success in developing and supervising others.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment, completing tasks on time and to high standards of quality.

Excellent verbal, oral, interpersonal and written communication skills, including experience with developing and delivering presentations and technical writing.
Capacity for a fast-paced, matrixed environment; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
