About the role: We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our Brand team and play an integral role in supporting our Growth Marketing Strategy and GTM initiatives. This role will focus on the daily project management and workflow of our creative team, external vendors, and agency partners, to ensure we deliver projects on time and within budget. This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and have a strong understanding of the creative process.
What You’ll Do
Lead the day-to-day project management of brand-supported creative projects for our visual designers and content team.
Develop timelines and drive project workstreams, track and report on progress, and ensure key milestones are met.
Seamlessly orchestrate the delivery of assets to key stakeholders, ensure quality assurance, and facilitate cross-functional creative approvals.
Partner with the Associate Director of Brand Marketing to define project scopes, creative resourcing, and project prioritization.
Support in the coordination of photo and video production in partnership with our creative team and agency partners.
Coordinate communication with external vendors, freelancers, and agency partners.
Establish project management best practices and implement processes that continuously improve our organizational systems for successful project execution.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in creative project management or a similar role involving creative production.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-channel projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail with the ability to create project timelines and workstreams.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of creative elements and requirements for deliverables across marketing channels.
Strong understanding of the pre and post-production process for photo and video production.
Experience using Asana and other project management software.
Bonus Points:
Experience in B2B or B2C, specifically in a high-growth start-up environment or creative agency setting.
Strong experience working in photo and video content development or production.
PMP or Scrum certifications
