As the Project Manager for College Advancement, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and management of initiatives aimed at strengthening the university's advancement efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with leadership, staff, alumni, donors, and external stakeholders to ensure that College Advancement programs are executed effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with the institution's mission and strategic goals. This position is a Grade: 9 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $54,390-$66,190 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple projects related to College Advancement initiatives, including fundraising campaigns, alumni engagement programs, events, and communications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on assigned projects.
• Support the planning and execution of key College Advancement events such as reunions, donor recognition events, and alumni networking opportunities.
• Track and report on key project metrics, deliverables, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with advancement goals and fundraising targets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of project management experience, preferably in a higher education or nonprofit environment.
• Experience in fundraising, alumni relations, or college advancement is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
