The Opportunity:

As a Project Manager, you will lead highly visible projects within Client Services to drive operational efficiency and elevate the omni-channel client experience. You will collaborate with Senior Leadership and other team members to ensure project timelines and strategies are aligned with initiatives, policies, and processes. You will manage and track the planning, implementation, and results of projects including pilot programs, promotions, software launches, operational improvements, new policies, on-the-fly solutions to client-impacting issues, and more. You will take ownership, obtain resources, define requirements, scope, and objectives for both short-term and long-term projects. You will be responsible for streamlining and documenting the progress of Client Services projects to ensure clear ownership, timelines, and expectations, holding partners accountable for deliverables. As business needs evolve, you may take on ad-hoc projects as assigned to optimize initiatives that impact Client Services. This role is key in driving operational success and is expected to be close to the business, understanding day-to-day operations and able to speak and present on projects to Senior Leaders.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Track and plan timelines, requirements, owners, and status of current and upcoming projects
  • Facilitate coordination of projects including meeting planning / ownership and follow-up on deliverables
  • Create documentation and communications as they relate to ongoing projects and initiatives to facilitate change management
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal / external partners to drive strategic business projects

  • Ability to occasionally work flexible hours as needed in a contact center environment, including early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays as business needs dictate

 

Qualifications Required:

  • 4+ years of experience working on projects and processes with a focus on getting things done, organizing people / tasks, and identifying opportunities for synergy and integration 
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Services, Retail, and / or Ecommerce 

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,810.00 - $111,530.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.  Sephora offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, which includes comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a superior 401(k) plan, various paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; and an employee referral bonus program.
