Project Manager/ Business Analyst

CACI is currently seeking a Project Manager/ Business Analyst. In this role, you will meet regularly with customer stakeholders to identify and agree upon business needs for assigned projects; clearly communicate those business needs to the Development Team; and work collaboratively with customer stakeholders and the Development Team to decompose high-level business needs into functional requirements – all to facilitate the delivery of deployable software. You will often be engaged with multiple project teams, acting as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator amongst teams, various functional roles, and with the customer and stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide programmatic support to the Program Manager across all task areas including task planning, schedule and task performance oversight, resource management (personnel), budget management and cost reporting, risk management, quality assurance, and deliverables management.
Responsibilities:
Assign, oversee and prioritize the daily tasks
Communicate project team status via the weekly slide deck
Work closely with other project managers to discuss project overlaps and capacity
Work with the leads to develop timelines and estimates when applicable
Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges
regarding projects
Interface with customers to communicate high level technical solutions, timelines and other
pertinent information
Review the kanban board on a regular basis to look for blockers, gaps, etc.
Meet with stakeholder to document and refine enhancements
Develop and maintain User Story & Acceptance Criteria
Act as liaison between team and stakeholder
Clarify development/test questions
Demo product to stakeholders
Support testing as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
• US Citizen with active DOD Secret clearance
• Ability to develop business processes, capability needs, business requirements and business information models
• Ability to translate and decompose business needs into multiple layers of requirements/user stories
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to gather pertinent information
• Working knowledge of all elements of software development life cycle processes
• Strong skills with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand, work with and shape the vision of customers and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Comfortable working with a diverse set of contractors and customer personnel
• Ability to work both independently and with a team to resolve problems
• A self-starter who will seize and maintain the initiative in ambiguous situations
Desired:
• Experience using Azure DevOps (also known as Microsoft Team Foundation Server
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification
• Experience working with the US Navy, specifically, Navy Reserve Forces Command
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems, Business Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:
