Project Manager 1

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Scrum Master with an active Secret clearance to coordinate and monitor technical projects or programs from initiation through delivery. This position will be located in El Paso, TX and will be a hybrid position. 

Responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies, identify areas of improvement, mentor the team on agile principles and develop solutions to team challenges. • Develop and analyze requirements and use cases• Prepare materials and facilitate Agile ceremonies for the team• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices• Evaluate, analyze and recommend products and solutions that meet approved requirements• Assist with documentation including design, implementation, and administration procedures• Assist with implementing and testing technical solutions in lab and production environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 2-5 years project management (or commensurate experience)
• Active Secet clearance with ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
