Project Management Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities
- Candidates must be willing to work regular business hours synced with Eastern Standard Time.
- Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the project/program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved.
- Key responsibilities include: Developing schedules, Formulating work plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Meet with HFP staff as needed.
- Experience working in an Agile workflow environment.
- Experience with enhancing and modernizing legacy systems.
- Experience with financial tracking and reporting required.
- Experience with research, compilation of findings, and recommendations required.
- Experience initiating outreach and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams required.
- Must have demonstrated experience with materials/deliverable creation and editing in plain language. Deliverables include how to guides, step-by-step one pagers, etc.
- Coordinate training as needed.
- Assist with documentation and the production of deliverables and artifacts.
- Assist with documenting standard operating procedures and user guides.
- Assist with transition activities as needed.
- Assist with communication management, including plans and documentation, feedback loops, executive briefings, and SharePoint posting.
- Work with the program managers and any stakeholders to develop workflows, including
- ServiceNow, form creation and approval, as well as policy and process documentation as identified by the government.
- Assist with aiding the government in the evaluation and analysis of division and program efficiencies, evaluation of level of effort, costs, demand, or other drivers that may be identified.
- Support project initiatives led by project managers, working with program staff to develop requirements, timelines, costs, constraints, dependencies, work structures, and implementation planning.
- Assist in tracking project submission
- Manage performance metrics in Folio
- Manage and facilitate meeting planning (weekly team meetings, monthly DITM Meetings, Monthly ITIRB Meetings)
- Manage Scorecard process.
- BA/BS from an accredited university in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience

- Public Trust background investigations can take approximately four to eight weeks and requires fingerprinting.

- The salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually
