Our Newest Opportunity: 

Summary:

This 10-week, paid internship offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience at one of the nation’s fastest-growing strategic advisory firms. Interns will engage in a variety of responsibilities within our Project Management Office (PMO), paving a path to potential employment upon graduation. This is a summer 2025 opportunity with daily workloads and schedules set by the PMO Director. The position can be completed remotely or as a hybrid experience from our Atlanta, GA office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Department: PMO

  • Assist the PMO team with requirements gathering, project planning, and reporting activities.

  • Help standardize project management templates, procedures, and best practices across the organization.

  • Maintain and update project information in Smartsheet and other project management tools.

  • Participate in project meetings, taking notes and documenting action items.

  • Support the creation and distribution of project status reports for stakeholders.

  • Conduct research and analysis on project-related topics to support team initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting or exceeding deadlines.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of audiences.

  • Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficient research skills with the ability to synthesize information.

  • Positive, upbeat attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Ability and willingness to travel, if needed.


Education, Training, and Experience:

  • A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either 2025 or 2026.

  • In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Comfortable collaborating in virtual environments and using project management tools.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $18 per hour.  

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
