As a project engineer, you will manage design, scope, and order reconciliation for new projects from pre-sale to sign-off for Stryker's Communication Business in the Nashville, TN territory.

What you will do:
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including quote assistance, defining customer scope of work, and other pre-sales/pre-installation tasks.
- Review pre-sales quotes and sales orders to ensure the bill-of-materials aligns with the intended scope of work before purchase order submission.
- Communicate findings in project meetings with Project Managers, Sales Reps, and relevant personnel.
- Ensure all technical requirements are met and accountable to the project team for their fulfillment.
- Develop project objectives and specifications through plans, product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, working closely with Sales for technical assessments and proposals.
- Design and manage technical aspects of approximately 100 projects annually, maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Create wire diagrams to communicate product configurations and scope intentions, and approve CAD drawings.
- Resolve design, operability, and regulatory issues associated with installation, ensuring successful inspections and leading advanced product installations, both on-site and remotely.
What you need:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience developing products or relevant technical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Eastern Standard time zone or Central Standard time zone
$85,500.00 - $182,100.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
