About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end development, planning, and operational execution of events for a corporate client. Your responsibilities will include managing registration websites, sending event invitations, and overseeing attendee management through a dedicated system. You will need to demonstrate strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

You're Good At:
- Collaborating with Project Managers to plan and execute programs effectively
- Maintaining professionalism and integrity when negotiating with suppliers and interacting with clients
- Managing attendee logistics, including dietary restrictions and VIP needs
- Handling hotel rooming lists based on registration data
- Communicating with attendees promptly and efficiently
- Adhering to financial and compliance controls for meetings
- Thinking creatively and problem-solving in challenging situations
- Adapting to new technologies and web development standards
- Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills

You Might Also Have:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of meeting/program planning experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management
- Experience in registration management or event registration
- Knowledge of domestic and international group travel
- Familiarity with the travel industry and destinations
- Ability to travel occasionally (less than 25%)
- COVID-19 Vaccine may be required
- Pharma experience preferred
- Cvent experience is a plus

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Coordinator  is between $56,000 - $60,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
