JOB SUMMARY:
Your Role in Our Mission: The Project Coordinator manages various projects, including event planning, executive initiatives, and general project management across our platform using Monday.com. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and execute tasks effectively are crucial to the success of this role.
Your Impact: As Project Coordinator, you ensure smooth and efficient execution of special projects and events, directly contributing to the organization's growth, team cohesion, and operational excellence. Your meticulous planning and proactive approach enhance team productivity and support our mission of providing outstanding patient care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You'll Do:
- Project Management:
- Coordinate multiple projects across the organization using Monday.com.
- Create, manage, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare regular project status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Event Planning:
- Plan, organize, and execute events, including meetings, workshops, retreats, and special functions.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Ensure events stay within budget and meet objectives.
- Executive Support:
- Assist executives with planning and execution of special projects.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with executives, anticipating needs and managing priorities.
- Provide logistical support and follow-up to ensure project success.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for projects and events.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure follow-up actions are clearly documented and executed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, or administrative support.
- Experience using project management tools, specifically Monday.com.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
