The Opportunity

The Project Coordinator, Operations role is a vital part of our Engagement Team. This plays a large part in our company's success by ensuring we are fulfilling client campaigns accurately and on time. The Project Coordinator will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure each program is set up for success. 

Employment Level: Entry Level

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Philippines 

Working Hours: 9pm to 6am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10pm to 7am PHT (NOV-MAR)

What you'll do

  • Manage and monitor client programs to ensure success
  • Monitor pacing of programs in various channels to ensure on time delivery 
  • Proactively provide recommendations to enhance program delivery
  • Manage partner relationships 
  • Proactively solve problems by consistently looking for solutions to issues that arise, looking for ways to get ahead of potential issues
  • Evaluate gaps in our current capabilities by constantly evaluating network, partner strengths/weaknesses, and identifying gaps within our network
  • Communicate updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Provide weekly and daily reports on key success metrics
  • Assist in slide creation for client proposals

Who you are

  • Experience managing 3rd partner/outside vendors is preferred
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
