Project Associate, Clinical Development Solid Tumors

General Description:
The Project Associate will support the business operations of the CMO office, including budget and resource planning, goal setting and tracking, and initiatives to support growth and expansion of the Solid Tumors organization. The incumbent will also participate in continuous process improvements and standardization projects, key strategic business initiatives, and champion improved efficiency, quality, and performance. In addition, the Project Associate will also provide administrative support to the Clin Dev Solid Tumors organization.
Essential Functions of the job:
Organizing and managing project schedules, including setting milestones and deadlines for team members to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Support budget management by tracking expenses and requesting additional funds if needed.
Handling administrative tasks such as managing calendars, expense reports, CDAs, NDAs and contracts.
Support Chief of Staff and staff in the Office of the CMO in the development of slide presentations, coordinate reports, generate dashboard and data entry in various databases.
Provide support to assist vendors and purchase order management and tracking of accruals planned vs. actuals.
Support other tasks as identified by the Chief of Staff and the Office of the CMO.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate expertise in effectively managing multiple priorities and/or work streams in a fast-paced environment.

Computer Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and Outlook

Experience/Education Required:
Minimum of 3+ years project coordinator or project management experience
