Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and innovative Program Specialist to make an impact on fast-paced work streams to support our work across TA.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and contribute to multiple workstreams, including audits, tool management, and workflows including features and enhancements backlog, tool implementations,

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and professional delivery of results

  • Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement, including data analysis and validation

  • Assist in creating policy and process documentation, such as playbooks, meeting materials, and training aids;

  • Support change management initiatives for internal and external stakeholders to enhance adoption and achieve project objectives

  • Proactively flag discrepancies in requisitions, job postings, offer details, etc. and maintain data integrity and operational excellence within the team

  • Partner closely with various groups to build efficiencies in our recruiting process utilizing available systems and tools

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Recruiting Operations or People Operations with a focus on managing recruitment programs, preferably in a global company

  • 4+ years of experience in program management

  • 4+ years of experience in project management; ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and measure program success

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

  • Strong experience with managing recruiting software such as Workday, Lever, HiredScore, etc. plus Google apps, Jira, Confluence, and Glean.

Ideally, you'll be based in Las Vegas, Nevada; Madison, Wisconsin; or Minneapolis, Minnesota and be able to work in office up to 2 days per week or when …
