Job Description
GPM is seeking a Program Specialist to support the Global Critical Care Transversal Program (GCCP) and the Culture and Communication Transversal Program (C+C) in their collaborative work on interdisciplinary communication. Duties will include coordinating and implementing the projects and initiatives, including researching, documenting, and disseminating information. Reporting to the Global Critical Care Program Manager, this key team member will act as a liaison with other members of GPM/SJG and global collaborators and thus must be able to communicate clearly and foster trusting relationships. This position will work closely with the St. Jude Global Culture and Communication team and research collaborators at Washington University St. Louis.

Overview
The Department of Global Pediatric Medicine (GPM) is a growing department looking for professionals eager to help implement the St. Jude Global mission of training the clinical workforce, developing and strengthening health systems and patient-centered initiatives, and advancing knowledge to sustain continuous improvement through research.
The Global Critical Care Program Specialist is responsible for:
Manage grant budget and reporting for National Institutes of Health (NIH) R01 award
Manage subcontracts and consultants related to grant funding
Serve as a contact person for other teams in the department regarding interdisciplinary communication projects
Plan and coordinate regular meetings, retreats, conference calls, and webinars (virtual, hybrid and in person)
Coordinate data transfer and work between teams conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
Assist with summarizing study findings in reports and manuscripts for peer-reviewed publication
Develop and deliver oral presentations describing research progress and findings
Develop products (e.g., toolkits) based on findings, disseminate findings and products by audience (researchers, practitioners)
Facilitate research activities across multiple concurrent projects within the program
Assist with quantitative and qualitative data collection
Support campus logistics and onboarding process of research and summer students
Facilitate communication and implementation of initiatives with global collaborators
Develop strong working relationships with partners both at St. Jude and key global collaborator sites
Work with team members across participant sites to ensure the timely accomplishment of deliverables
Support program finances, including assisting with budget tracking, submitting invoices, reimbursements, and creating expenses reports
