Position Summary
Program Manager, Elevate Coaching is responsible for managing and facilitating the day-to-day operations of Guild’s Elevate Coaching program. The role is primarily responsible for ensuring coaches, students, and self-guided participants are supported in order to achieve retail sales goals. The position manages the Elevate Program Coordinator and partners with the Supervisor of Elevate Coaching to conduct assessments for identifying new development needs, training recommendations and resources in support of the overall coaching program.
Essential Functions
- Offer ongoing support and collaboration with Elevate Leaders to align with monthly themes for each coaching level, sales tactics, and execution for bi-monthly coaching calls.
- Ensure monthly All Access calls are promoted, posted in Guild Questions, and communicated to the field.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor of Elevate to officiate open enrollment twice a year, in addition to time blocking and offering ongoing Regional support to assign Growth Coaches to recruit new employees, new students, and new coaches, as needed.
- Work with the Supervisor of Elevate, alongside Head Coaches, to assign students to a coach and a level.
- Provide managers consistent feedback on students to get their buy-in, support what they are
learning in the program, and help with holding employees accountable, as needed. - Monitor at least 4 coaching calls per month to provide feedback for Head Coaches to offer recognition or areas of improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for students when they have questions on continuing or discontinuing the program, how to graduate to the next level, struggles with their current coach, requests for the next semester, etc.
- Schedule new coach inquiry requests and follow up for next steps on what it means to become a coach, i.e. Rewire certification, being a student first, etc.
- Onboard new coaches by having them shadow at least two current coaching calls, participating in a Coaching Fundamentals call, and ensure they are trained on how to coach to the Elevate dashboards.
- Manage an ongoing waitlist, communication, and scheduling consultations for future coaching.
- Update, manage, and distribute the Elevate Coaching Playbook, as needed.
- Work with Field Marketing and Content Team to create announcements and posts for Rhino winners, to include communication to Regional leadership, internal communication, SharePoint updates, Loan Officer website, and social media posts.
- Provide regular status updates for anyone who’s considering discontinuing, canceled, or termed during each semester.
- Create a schedule for Head Coaches to check-in with students or coaches on an ongoing basis for program feedback and development.
- Assist with managing Elevate projects, such as scheduling podcast interviews, approving content for social media posts, building self-guided modules, or other requests, as needed.
- Manage the Elevate Program Coordinator to ensure requirements are being met for program support and continued growth.
- Assist Elevate Program Coordinator as needed with their daily responsibilities.
- Support the LIFT Manager program, as needed.
- Responsible for measuring results of each internal coaching program and ensuring it’s aligned with Guild’s overall retail sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, required degree in Business, Communications, or related field, preferred.
- Minimum three years experience of project management.
- Minimum one year supervisory or leadership experience.
- Detailed oriented, strong editor and proofreader skills.
- Proficient at creating PowerPoint presentations and Word-based written communication materials.
- Ability to generate independent creative ideas and complete projects under general direction.
- Works independently.
- Apply sound judgment in execution of core job responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics- driven environment required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.

Requirements
- Physical: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.
- Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
- Audio/Visual: Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation. Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio; e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.
- Environmental: Office environment – no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.

Targeted Salary Range: $62,244.00 to $84,700.00 annually.
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
