Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Program Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Cost Operation to join our team! The Program Manager, Enterprise Strategy and Cost Operations will oversee and direct all project financial activities related to our Enterprise Strategy and Technology (ES&T) division to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes for IT and the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). The Program Manager will work closely with many stakeholders for the purposes of financial operations management. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Project Management but will work closely with many leaders within the Enterprise Strategy and Technology division and across the organization, project managers, Finance, and Accounting. How do I make an impact on my team? • Oversee and manage all EPMO division financial functions and projects, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.• Participate in business case stage of ideation to work with the requestor and stakeholders to capture all projected project costs.• Develop and implement EPMO financial strategies to support goals and objectives; lead change as needed across programs and projects.• Monitor and analyze EPMO financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, proposing solutions, and implementing corrective actions as needed.• Ensure key project financial metrics are met and that all risk and issues are sufficiently mitigated.• Prepare and present EPMO financial reports to senior management, providing insights, program status, and recommendations for decision-making.• Develop and manage all EPMO budgets, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals in collaboration with key stakeholders.• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial functions.• Other duties as assignedQualifications
What our team expects from you? • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. • Project and/or program management certification required.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within an IT or technology-focused environment required.• Three or more years program management experience.
