Our Digital Practice team is looking for a Program Manager/Change Management professional with a background in project management and change management. The Program Manager/Change Management will have the opportunity to work onsite/hybrid from any of our office locations or remotely from within the United States.
Role Summary: As a Program Manager/Change Management Manager within our Digital Practice, you will play a critical role in guiding and managing various projects to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing and following an IV&V Project Plan, leading project leadership and status meetings, verifying project milestones, and ensuring effective communication and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and follow an IV&V Project Plan and procedures to guide IV&V activities and work product development.
- Lead weekly project leadership and status meetings, summarizing IV&V activities planned, completed, and any issues or challenges. Document in semimonthly status reports.
- Verify that the integrator is meeting milestones identified in the ERP roadmap and summarize findings in monthly progress reports.
- Evaluate project reporting plans and actual project reports to verify project status using project metrics.
- Verify milestones and completion dates are planned, monitored, and met.
- Ensure the existence and use of an appropriate project issue tracking mechanism that documents and prioritizes issues, enables communication to proper stakeholders, and tracks issues to closure.
- Develop a Project Risk Management Plan, create a risk register, and track and report on project risks throughout delivery.
- Evaluate risk management plans and procedures to ensure risks are identified, quantified, and that mitigation plans are developed, communicated, implemented, monitored, and complete.
- Develop and use a Change Management Plan, ensuring resistance to change is anticipated, prepared for, and mitigated.
- Create and follow a Communication Plan, ensuring effective communication and work product sharing between all project stakeholders.
- Review schedules to verify adequate time and resources are assigned for planning, development, review, testing, and rework. Track program costs against cost estimates and share findings as needed.
