Job Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for supporting the overall vendor processes within the current portfolio across the Talent & Learning department.
This person will be responsible for driving activities and communication in alignment with program milestones for the vendor portfolio. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external relationships to ensure two-way communication in support of the business strategy and priorities. This person will interact with senior leaders to understand strategic goals and identify risks and issues, and actively participate in the key planning of program milestones to drive alignment.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supports & executes procurement processes for new and existing agreements.
  • Supports contract processes for new vendor onboarding, offboarding, renewals, etc.
  • Facilitates SOW’s and invoice processing.
  • Serve as SME/coach to department to execute and navigate through vendor process.
  • Ensures program milestones are accomplished and ensures overall timelines are met. Documents all major plan changes in scope, approach, and date delivery.
  • Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
  • Identifies and escalates risks, issues, and gaps that could impact timelines, goals, and manages mitigation plans for the onboarding/offboarding of new vendors.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience with process and/or project management
  • 1-2 years’ experience with vendor/supplier process management
  • Problem-solving
  • Stakeholder communications 
  • Consistent exercise of independent and collaborative judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Delivers on commitments while demonstrating a high level of integrity and respect for all teammates and stakeholders.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Compensation

National Pay Range: $49,871.88 USD-$116,887.22 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
