About the role:
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this client facing role, you will act as the event sourcing lead. You will collaborate with clients and vendors to manage site selection, all vendor negotiations and contracting. You may also be responsible for planning logistics such as communicating room sets, coordinating food and beverage, AV/productions needs, offsite events and ground transportation. You keep projects running on time, on budget, and have mastered the art of managing multiple priorities at once. Sound like you? Read on!

 

As a Program Manager you will:
• Work with clients to understand meeting goals, flow and space requirements. Send RFPs to properties that will be a great fit and field responses. You have a solid understanding of US cities and have experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Vet viable options and make recommendations. Prepare presentations as applicable. 
• Use your existing contacts and build new relationships with clients, vendors, NSMs, CVBs and sales teams. 
• Negotiate the best deals for our clients. Understand client needs, procurement practices, norms and expectations. Ensure no detail is left out. 
• Act as the main point of contact for your client, and ensure all milestones are clearly communicated and met. Be consultative …
