Expected Salary Range: $104,662.00 - $130,827.00 - $163,533.00

In our recently completed fiscal year, BCLC generated a record $1.5 billion in net income to the Province of B.C. to support First Nations, host local governments, health care, education and community programs across the province.
JOB SUMMARY
The Program Manager, Rewards & Incentives will be responsible for understanding our customers’ experience, BCLC’s business readiness and technology needs to deliver and grow our Rewards & Incentives (R&I) program. This role ensures the R&I program is aligned with BCLC’s strategic plans and will contribute directly to customer engagement.
The Program Manager, Rewards & Incentives role will act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the technology requirements of the program by managing strategic relationships cross-functionally and across the enterprise. They are responsible for delivering on our strategic roadmap, ensuring our R&I program is delivered in the most efficient and fiscally responsible way.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Operates with a strategic and enterprise mindset, leading Rewards & Incentives (R&I) initiatives that form the R&I program.
- Supports and understands other business units’ roadmaps and strategies to ensure adequate resources are in place to support the priorities of the R&I program enabling new program design and development of a strategic long-term enterprise loyalty roadmap.
- Oversees the daily governance of the R&I program, ensuring tasks are kept on schedule and maintaining communications with all key stakeholders. Tracks the progress of the R&I program against project milestones and holds others accountable for assigned tasks.
- Ensures technology alignment by collaborating with subject matter experts, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and various Managers on priorities, scope, issues, and decisions to deliver business priorities and value, ensuring the program’s technical requirements are reflected into team backlogs. Assists Product Owners with prioritization and delivery to launch and grow the R&I program.
- Works closely with key business stakeholders to understand the business’ readiness for program delivery.
- Manages any risks and issues that arise throughout the R&I program life cycle and takes measures to resolve them.
- Maintains up-to-date technical knowledge in Rewards & Incentives field, including awareness and knowledge of new technology, trends, vulnerabilities, exploits and risks to assets.
- Maintains a strong understanding of BCLC’s key business services and processes to support accountabilities listed above, and for consideration and input into Rewards & Incentives program.
- Fosters strong, collaborative relationships within all areas of BCLC and works cross functionally to achieve objectives with the leadership team. Manages stakeholders who are involved in the R&I program.
- Acts as delegate for their leader as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
A combination of education, experience, and demonstrated skills may be considered.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- 5 to 7 years experience.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Deep understanding of business strategy and strategic goals;
- Demonstrated experience in program management;
- Broad knowledge of enterprise systems and platforms, modern technology, applications, frameworks, and toolsets; ability to stay up to date on current and future technologies, trends, and methodologies;
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities between multiple projects within the organization to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals;
- Strong awareness of the latest technology for an effective Loyalty program;
- Strong analytical and research skills; ability to quickly and accurately find, absorb, and analyze information and recognize key patterns and trends;
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

- Understanding of Agile methodology or experience working with a cross-functional team environment would be an asset;
- Understanding of B.C. gaming industry would be an asset.
