What you will do:
- Organize projects and activities with the Americas Business Operations / Program Management Team and adjacent functions to develop efficient and standardized global processes
- Perform technical and/or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery
- Evaluate process strengths and identify areas for improvement using lean practices
- Work with global and diverse stakeholders to drive the strategic direction of the program
- Create and manage milestones and interventions to ensure we achieve project goals
- Transparently communicate program issues and decisions to stakeholders
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
- Analyze and mitigate program risks
- This role has program management responsibility for project(s) and no direct reports. Requires people and resource management through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete the project.
What you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience
- Proven experience in program or project management
- Proven problem-solving abilities using knowledge of lean tools and methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Visio; working knowledge of project management software (MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Strong ability and willingness to learn and upskill in new areas
- Works independently to prioritize across multiple competing tasks and objectives
- Ability to think strategically and act pragmatically—see the "big picture" and identify short-term steps to achieve the long-term goal
- Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to work on a diverse and global team
What will set you apart:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in field installation processes
- Proficiency using Salesforce and SAP
