The Reality Labs Technical Services team plays a crucial role in supporting the Reality Labs spaces. These efforts ensure seamless cross-functional partnerships and develop robust processes and documentation for the Reality Labs Technical Services team to better support our research and lab teams.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Reality Labs Technical Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across our technical services. Your primary focus will be on fostering cross-functional partnerships with Enterprise Engineering teams, developing comprehensive documentation for customers, and developing processes for team-based projects. You will work closely with our team, partners, and organizations to ensure the smooth operation of our lab and support operations. You will be responsible for the hands-on support of the local lab technology as well as working remotely to support Reality Labs - Research teams outside of campus.Program Manager Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to steer large-scale strategic technical projects and solve ongoing operational challenges
- Work with cross-functional partners to identify support gaps to establish realistic goals for future support opportunities allowing for Reality Labs Technical Services to stay current in supporting the lab and services team
- Manage, develop, and optimize task tracking systems, lab imaging tools, and support standards that enhance business capabilities within the Reality Labs Technical Services organization
- Drive technical acumen within the Reality Labs Technical Services team, contributing to deliverables including architectural diagrams, specifications, dashboards, launch criteria, and test plans
- Evaluate existing tools and dashboards, design and manage the consolidation process, ensuring information is available and accessible at all times
- Help to design and manage the support systems of the Reality Labs Technical Services team to redefine and evolve the services we support in future years
- 3+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing technical support services
- A track record of planning, executing, and delivering results for complex and cross-functional technical projects
- Demonstrated interpersonal and inter-team skills, including partnership building, and conflict resolution across a diverse, cross-functional team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with network devices from vendors such as Arista, Cisco, and Juniper
- Familiar with supporting the most recent versions of operating systems from Windows, Linux, and Mac
101.000 $/year to 152.000 $/year + bonus + equity + benefits
