The Program Manager, Product Operations, oversees the achievement of larger organizational goals. The ideal candidate will coordinate efforts among different projects without directly managing any one of them. Instead, they lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation.
The impact you'll have:
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are met.
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks.
- Report on program performance to management and stakeholders.
- Resolve program scope issues.
- Liaise with the sales, marketing partner success, enablement and other teams to ensure alignment of strategy and timelines.

- At least 6 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success working with assessment, research, and psychometrics teams on education products or services preferred.
Travel: 4-6 times per year.
Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $69,250. - $118,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
